Family Dollar sells a spray called Mean Green it costs $2:00. Spray this on your grout let it soak for 5 minutes then rinse. You might need to use a scrub brush if it’s really bad but, the grim will come off very easy!!!

you might be in a humid type climate or there might be alot of moisture in the room(s) that the question refers to. if you are not aware of the source of the mold it is well recommended to find where it’s coming from before doing something major. i would try treating or spraying on some tilex or a bleach based product followed by scrubbing and rinsing. removing the grout is not a fun or easy task but if it has to be done then…
bathrooms for example are the most prone to mold growth – i can tell you this for sure tho, black type mold can be very dangerous health wise. if yoiu have kids or the problem will not go away please consult an expert as soon as possible and don’t spend more than $100 on that first professional opinion. then if necessary get a second and/or third. then proceed to eliminating it permanently. good luck

BLEACH DOES WONDERS!! LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES AND WASH IT UP!!JUST LIKE NEW OR YOU CAN ALSO USE TILEX THATS ALSO GOOD!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!
