Can anyone tell me what kind of mold this is?

My boyfriend and I live in a basement suite and there is a leak in the bathroom upstairs that is now becoming our problem. Can anyone tell me what kind of mold this is and what danger it comes with?
It looks like black mold, and can cause all kinds of health problems like asthma, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
You need to kill it. Chlorine bleach is the best thing you can use. Spray it on to really soak the affected area. Be sure to ventilate everything well, and don’t breathe the fumes.
If the problem continues, or you seem to have health issues, contact the landlord, and insist that it be repaired, or move out.
Its called stachybotrys and its highly highly highly toxic. It has been known to cause severe brain damage and death. GET OUT NOW!!!!!!
