How can I get mold off my bath tiles and tub?

My bathroom fan doesn’t work well and I keep getting reddish and black mold between the tiles and along the inside of the tub. I have tried scrubbin bubbles, vinegar, soap, and none of these help. It looks awful. Does anyone has helpful hints?
